For grades 3 - 5
have your child spend their winter break being introduced to the fundamentals of training, building skills, and having fun!

This program is designed to teach your child the first steps of fitness in order to lay down a solid foundation for a strong pre-teen. It starts with a warm up, followed by multiple group exercises and conditioning movements all led by our expert coaches. The goal of this class is to build your child's motor skills and thought process while having fun!
